Agent Requests a Shoot

An agent submits a new request with the property address, desired date, and selected services (photos, video, drone, etc.).

Photographer Proposes a Date

The photographer reviews the request, checks their availability, and proposes a date/time. Duration is auto-calculated from property size and services.

Date Negotiation

If the date doesn't work, either party can propose alternatives. The built-in request system tracks every proposal until both agree.

Confirmation & Shoot

Once confirmed, the photographer sends a confirmation text to the client. Events sync to calendars and show in the daily schedule view.

Photo Delivery & Invoice

After the shoot, photos are uploaded to a secure set and shared via a link. Invoices are generated and sent automatically.
